As the days get shorter, weather gets colder, and many peoples’ schedules get busier, it is essential to make time for self-care. Practicing self-care is key to maintaining a healthy mind and body, and bettering your overall wellness.

There are an infinite number of ways to practice self-care. With an individual’s differing needs and wants, it is important to recognize that people may enjoy varying ways of self-care. Get Enough Sleep
